March 7 – BLiTZ. According to TASS, the government of Ukraine approved the withdrawal from the agreement on cooperation with Russia in the field of border control. This was announced on Tuesday, March 7 by the representative of the government of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk.
According to this agreement, joint control of persons, vehicles and goods was previously carried out at the Ukrainian-Russian state border. Now it looks like no one else will. Each side will live on its own.
It should be noted that recently the Ukrainian authorities have regularly announced their withdrawal from the agreements concluded with Russia, Belarus, as well as within the CIS. Thus, Ukraine demonstratively distances itself from ties with the post-Soviet space and tries to drift to the West.
At the same time, against the backdrop of these processes, Ukraine is losing its own citizens who die on the battlefields, leave for Russia and Europe.
