March 4 – BLiTZ. Germany will not be able to build a Leopard tank assembly plant in Ukraine – production will be immediately destroyed by Russian cruise missiles. About this in an interview with Zvezda told military observer Viktor Litovkin.
According to him, the Kiev regime is unable to maintain even its defense industry. For example, the Malyshev Kharkov Tank Plant and the Kharkov Aviation Plant were destroyed long ago. As such, there is no military-industrial complex in Ukraine, Litovkin explained.
According to the expert, when starting the construction of a military plant in Ukraine, German business is trying to use the money that the German government allocates to help the Kiev regime. But both Ukrainians and Germans are well aware of what fate awaits this plant.
“The leadership of Ukraine signed an agreement with NATO on the restoration of the Ukrainian military industry. This is also a way to lure money from the European taxpayer for these purposes,” Litovkin added.
He also stressed that there is no military industry in Ukraine and cannot be, because no one knows whether Ukraine itself will exist in six months.
