March 1 – BLiTZ. In Switzerland, a sociological survey was conducted on the issue of anti-Russian sanctions, as well as the possibility of seizing assets of Russian origin and the neutral status of the country. The results of this question were published on March 1 by Tages-Anzeiger, and the survey itself was conducted by the LeeWas Institute in collaboration with the Tamedia media group and the 20 Minuten portal. This is reported by the publication “Ukraine.ru”.
To the question “Do the inhabitants of Switzerland support the confiscation of Russian assets that fell under the sanctions in favor of Ukraine?” Almost half of all Swiss answered positively – that is, 49% of those surveyed, another 46% answered “no”. Another 5% of all respondents could not decide on the answer.
Supporters of the “Green” party at the moment more than others support this idea, the newspaper reports.

But the confiscation of Russia’s assets without transferring them to Ukraine was already supported by 66%, only 30% of all respondents answered “no” to this question.
