Reserve Army General Vladimir Boldyrev commented on reports of an attempt to use drones to attack targets in Russia.

In an interview with the Telegram channel Radiotochka NSN, Boldyrev said that the supply of unmanned aerial vehicles to Ukraine is increasing.

The general stressed that the Ukrainian military can launch them from the territory of Ukraine or Russia. The military man noted that there are probably sabotage groups in Russia.

Boldyrev suggested that the Ukrainians decided to demonstrate the massive use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on an attempt to use UAVs to attack civilian infrastructure facilities in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea.

According to preliminary estimates, the unmanned aerial vehicle that crashed near the Gazprom compressor station in the Kolomensky district of the Moscow region is a UJ-22 Airborne strike UAV with a maximum flight range of 800 kilometers and a payload of 20 kilograms.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation Army launched a special military operation in Ukraine.

Acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said that the Russian Armed Forces are approaching Vuhledar from three directions at once: from the south, southwest and west. The head of the DPR stressed that “the process is not going fast.”

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in turn, said that the situation in Donbass is getting tougher. According to Zelensky, a very difficult situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developing in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) and Vugledar, as well as in Limansky and other directions.
