How much will the price of cigarettes rise from March 1, 2023
The excise tax on cigarettes and cigarettes from the first day of spring will increase by 2% and amount to 2,603 rubles per thousand pieces, with the addition of 16% of the estimated value based on the maximum retail price, but not less than 3,536 rubles per thousand pieces compared to 3,467 rubles earlier.
Prices will remain at this level until the end of 2023.

In addition to the increase in excise taxes, the changes affected the very system of taxation of electronic nicotine delivery systems. Now only the nicotine-containing liquid itself is subject to excise duty, from March 1, the rate will increase by 11.1% and amount to 20 rubles per 1 ml. The systems themselves are no longer taxed.
How much will the price of tobacco for heating systems rise from March 1, 2023
Excises on tobacco intended for heating systems will increase by 10.6% with the advent of spring. Now the rate will be up to 8,669 rubles per 1 kg.
