According to Turkish official representative Ibrahim Kalin, at the moment there are obstacles in terms of logistics, payment and insurance. And Western countries, in particular the United States, must give clear guarantees that interference will be eliminated. According to Kalin, earlier Turkey received assurances from the United States that there would be no obstacles, but these assurances must now be made public.
The grain deal was signed on July 22, 2022. It expires on March 18th.
