The people of Qatar share with their brothers in the State of Kuwait their joys and celebrations of the 62nd anniversary of independence and the 32nd anniversary of liberation, as an embodiment of the sincere bonds of brotherhood, and based on the depth of the strong relations that unite the two brotherly countries at all levels, as the two countries have special and distinct relations, based on the unity of destiny, goal, and striving Joint efforts to achieve integration and interdependence in all vital areas that achieve the aspirations of their peoples.
The Qatari-Kuwaiti relations are harmonious at the various Gulf, Arab and international levels, and are being strengthened day after day thanks to the care and interest of the two wise leaderships in the two brotherly countries, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the country, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait May God preserve them, for the benefit of the two countries, the two brotherly peoples, the region and the world.
