Political scientist Rafael Ordukhanyan believes that American officials are incompetent people and do not understand their work. Ordukhanyan made this conclusion because of Biden’s mistake, voiced almost 30 years ago.
“Biden is, to put it mildly, an absolutely unprofessional, incompetent politician and a loser. This also applies to his forecasts, and affairs, and even his family, ”the expert believes.
