Kazakhstan liquidated the trade representation of the republic in Russia. The reason for this was the order of the Prime Minister of the country. Its content is not disclosed.
As reported on the website of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation, Russia is the largest supplier of goods to Kazakhstan.
Whether such a decision will have an impact on relations between the two states, economist Dmitry Potapenko said on News-TV.
“Entrepreneurs generally do not need all this add-on”
“I have been working with Kazakhstan for a long time and I think that this is more a diplomatic than an economic game. This is a sinecure for officials. Somewhere they work a little better, somewhere a little worse, but entrepreneurs do not need all this add-on, by and large, ”the expert is sure.
Potapenko specified that what happened is an important international step.

Kazakhstan is very dependent on the Russian gas sector,” the expert emphasized.
At the same time, the economist clarified that the volume of deliveries of Russian goods to Kazakhstan can be compared with the Moscow region, and therefore the loss for the Russian economy will not be so significant.
