Muslims show signs of Islamization of India

Few days ago, birthday of the Prophet of Islam was celebrated in most of the non-Arab Muslim nations and a few non-Muslim countries, including India. But on this day, something extremely disturbing has happened.

According to media reports, the Muslim Committee in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh had conducted a rally on October 9, 2022 on the occasion of ‘Eid Milad-Un-Nabi’ (birth anniversary of in the Prophet of Islam) in which hundreds of Islamists participated and wandered around the Hanumanganj area. They also established DJ systems to celebrate the Islamic festival that marks the observance of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad.

Most disturbing information about the ‘Eid Milad-Un-Nabi’ in India was the incident, where Muslim had shown highest disrespect to the national flag of the country, and they replaced the Ashok Chakra with Islamic Kalema that says ‘There is no god but Allah and Mohammed in the prophet of Allah”. It may be mentioned here that, Kalema is used in the national flag of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the Islamic State (ISIS) and Al Qaeda flags. What has happened in India is a matter of gravest concern.

Images of Muslims celebrating ‘Eid Milad-Un-Nabi’ holding Tricolor flag that bore Islamic Kalema instead of Ashok Chakra. Hundreds and thousands of Hindus began protesting this open disrespect of Indian national flag, which actually is tantamount to sedition.

Following this incident law enforcement agencies in an area named Prayagraj took the matter into cognizance and identified two accused who disrespected the Tricolor during the rally. They registered a case against the two and booked them under Section 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honor Act, 1971. The Police have also launched a manhunt to nab the two accused who are absconding at present.

According to media reports, similar incidents took place in several parts of India, where Muslim participants of the event disrupted peace and went on violence, mostly targeting Hindus.

The Islamist participants in Amethi and Azamgadh raised the slogans of ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ [detach head from the body, a jihadist slogan] meanwhile those in Belagavi, Karnataka attacked a few members of the Hindu organization.

In West Bengal, which has already turned into one of the epicenters of the activities of jihadist groups, Hindus came under attack during celebration of annual Lakshmi Puja.

While Muslims have openly exhibited Islamic flag, which only exposes their agenda of establishing caliphate in India, Muslims in the United Kingdom are denying to sing the national anthem. According to media reports, Faisal Bodi, a leader of the so-called Islamic Human Rights Commission in London in an article said: “Muslims should NOT sing the national anthem”. In the article Bodi wrote:

In the Islamic spirit of Husn al-Dhann I have tried to find justifications for intoning what is essentially a prayer for the monarch. But try as I might I can only find strong reasons for Muslims NOT to sing the anthem.

Firstly, as head of state the monarch embodies all the cruel atrocities and plunder carried out under the British Empire. Granted, this particular queen wasn’t personally responsible for any of that but the institution itself has, at least indirectly, caused immeasurable historical suffering.

These days the monarchy’s role may be mainly ceremonial but there is no escaping the fact that it rests on ill-gotten and blood soaked gains.

Secondly, the national anthem is not a religiously neutral song. It is believed to have originated in 1745 with the Hanoverian supporters of King George against the Jacobite uprising led by Bonnie Prince Charlie. Incidentally, the line “God Save the King” comes from the Old Testament Book of Samuel and refers to King Saul.

The British monarch cannot be divorced from his/her role as the head of the Anglican Church. Since the 16th century they have been conferred with the title of “Defender of the Faith”. Their principal duty is to preserve the primacy of the Church of England. When the national anthem came into being it was this aspect of the monarch’s duty that his supporters were striving to uphold against the more absolutist monarchical ambitions of the Jacobites.

The anthem seems all the more problematic when you consider its fourth line and its second verse:

Send him victorious…

O Lord our God arise,

Scatter our enemies,

And make them fall!

Confound their politics,

Frustrate their knavish tricks,

On Thee our hopes we fix,

God save us all!

Given that this anthem was and is sung as a patriotic ode when Britain has invaded Muslim countries or gone to war with them, it is grotesque to see Muslims belting it out particularly on masjid premises.

Well, I am not surprised seeing the above article by Faisal Bodi, most possibly a Pakistani-British, as according to my information, London already is slipping into the grips of radical Muslims, while sharia law is being imposed in a large portion of London. But the incident in India where Muslims have carried a Tricolor Islamist flag instead of carrying Indian flag definitely rings the alarm. Next time these Muslims will deny singing India’s national anthem stating it also was “un-Islamic”.

  1. There are already justifications from both muslim and christian communities in India to not sing the national anthem. Their principal concern seems to be the outright worship of the flag described as the arbitrator of the destiny of Indians in the anthem. They also vehemently object to ‘Vandē Mātaraṁ’, which is a customary slogan repeated after the anthem which means ‘Glory to the Mother’, which according to them is a pagan allegory, and hence a shrq and a blasphemy respectively.
