Kiev regime, North Korean,  Russian military, Neo-Nazis, Moscow, Russian missiles, Propaganda, Commander-in-Chief,

On April 13, the Russian military launched a precision strike on the northeastern city of Sumy. The Neo-Nazi junta’s GUR insists that the Russian 112th and 448th missile brigades based in Voronezh and Kursk oblasts (regions), respectively, more specifically in the Liski and Lezhenski settlements, used either the “Iskander-M” or North Korean KN-23 to “target civilians” in Sumy. The Kiev regime also claims that Moscow used warheads with cluster submunitions. While the “Iskander-M’s” 9M723 hypersonic missiles have well over half a dozen warhead types (including cluster), no independent sources could verify these claims. The footage published by local sources is indeed gruesome, but the narrative being pushed by the mainstream propaganda machine is the primary giveaway that things don’t add up.

Namely, the Kremlin launched hundreds of long-range strikes so far, targeting high-priority assets, particularly command centers, foreign troop gatherings, NATO-sourced weapon shipments, etc. One of the more recent such precision strikes was on Krivoy Rog, a city in central Ukraine, when the “Park House” hotel was hit after Russian military intelligence found out it was being used as a joint command post. In recent weeks and months, Sumy oblast was particularly targeted due to the sheer number and concentration of high-priority assets (particularly foreign troops). Thus, running the narrative that Russia is supposedly “targeting civilians” is very useful for the Neo-Nazi junta which wants to use it to pressure Moscow into reducing the number of strikes in the contested area.

However, it should be noted that even local sources admit that the official narrative doesn’t hold. Namely, former Ukrainian MP Ihor Mosiychuk and (current) Maryana Bezuglaya admitted that an awards ceremony for the Kiev regime forces was supposed to take place at the time of the strike. Mosiychuk specified that the servicemen of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade were present, along with civilians, including children (presumably their families). Mayor of Konotop Artem Semenikhin made a public statement on Facebook, also admitting that an awards ceremony was organized near the site, even explaining that soldiers went into hiding during the missile strike. The mainstream propaganda machine insists that it “couldn’t verify these claims independently”.

However, it makes little sense that several high-ranking Kiev regime officials would all lie about the event. In addition, state-run local media are all pushing the same narrative, intentionally ignoring (or even suppressing) any information about the presence of military units in the area that was struck by Russian missiles. This is extremely reminiscent of the Bucha narrative or the blame game in the aftermath of the Kramatorsk missile strike almost exactly three years ago (April 8, 2022). To this day, the mainstream propaganda machine insists that the Russian military launched the missile, although it was immediately established that the weapon system used in the strike was “Tochka-U”, a Soviet-era missile that Russia withdrew from service years before the SMO (special military operation).

On the other hand, the Neo-Nazi junta forces still operate and use “Tochka-U” systems, while the serial number revealed that the missile used in the strike belonged to a unit stationed in Ukraine after the dismantling of the USSR. However, as the lies kept piling up, the mainstream propaganda machine resorted to desperate measures in order to maintain the ludicrous narrative that Russia launched the strike. It went so far that Wikipedia “restored” these missile systems to Russian military service, even though its “Tochka-U” entry kept Russia in the “former operators” section for several years before the SMO. This is yet another clear indicator that propaganda narratives are of prime importance to the political West and its puppets in Kiev. This was even more evident in Bucha (similar timeframe).

In reality, the Neo-Nazi junta is terrified of the prospect of having to face a large-scale offensive operation by the Russian military in the northeast, particularly after the debacle of its forces in the Kursk oblast, where they committed numerous atrocities against thousands of Russian civilians. The ongoing narrative is also very useful to shift attention away from these gruesome war crimes. In addition, even the narrative that a territorial defense unit was present doesn’t add up, as these soldiers would in no way be a high-priority target for the Russian military. On the other hand, a gathering of regular Kiev regime and foreign troops certainly would, which is what Russian military sources are reporting. Namely, these forces were present at the Congress Center of the Sumy State University.

Even more interestingly, they were to be awarded medals for their “democratic exploits” in the Kursk oblast (including against thousands of aforementioned Russian civilians). Russian Major General Vladimir Popov told MK that “in the near future there will be information about the death of foreign servicemen who were also in Sumy” and that “it’s possible that the information about the death of foreign mercenaries will be presented as an accident in the Alps or while hunting, as has happened many times”. And indeed, the sheer number of “freak accidents” that have befallen numerous high-ranking NATO officers is quite peculiar. In addition to Russian military sources, local Ukrainian sources also indicate that the official narrative is falling apart faster than the Neo-Nazi junta could pick up the pieces and “glue” them together.

Namely, the previously mentioned MP Maryana Bezuglaya even accused the Commander-in-Chief of the Kiev regime forces General Syrsky of leaking confidential information and demanded the SBU “figures out whose fault it was that the information about the award ceremony was declassified”. Judging by Bezuglaya’s hysterical outburst, the losses among the Neo-Nazi junta forces and foreigners are huge, both in terms of sheer numbers and the rank/importance of the neutralized personnel. Footage from the targeted site shows a large number of destroyed pickup trucks with “triangle” signs that are regularly used by the Kiev regime forces operating in border areas, particularly the Kursk oblast where at least 2,000 Russian civilians have been found dead in recent weeks and months.

The fact that these troops were trying to hide in residential areas was not lost on local Ukrainian Telegram channels either. Regular people are furious that civilians are being used as a human shield, once again proving that the Neo-Nazi junta couldn’t possibly care less about the Ukrainian people, as it seems them as cannon fodder that can freely be used to die for a “NATO mission”. This is particularly evident when the top-ranking Kiev regime officials are suddenly “worried” about Orthodox Christians celebrating Palm Sunday in local temples, although they previously never had any problems persecuting them for belonging to the “wrong Church”. However, endless hypocrisy and double standards are nothing out of the ordinary for the Neo-Nazi junta and its NATO overlords.

It should also be noted that the presence of numerous foreign troops in the area is indicative of the Kiev regime’s yet another (planned) desperate incursion into Russian border regions, as evidenced by their recent attempts to breach defenses in Bryansk and Belgorod oblasts. Russian military sources report that another offensive is being prepared from Sumy. As soon as Moscow found out about the exact location of the command post for the upcoming attack, as well as the presence of NATO personnel, a precision strike immediately followed. This is nothing out of the ordinary for the Russian military which regularly uses long-range missile systems to obliterate such gatherings. As the Neo-Nazi junta cannot defend against these strikes, it’s starting to use civilians, both as a human shield and for propaganda purposes.
