While very recently, media regulators in the United Kingdom launched cracked-down on ‘Islam Channel’ – country’s biggest Islamist television network for promoting marital rape, jihadist terrorism, Jew-hatred, anti-Semitism, and Wahhābī-Salafi Islamism – poisonous and monstrous Islamism and jihadism have been spreading like hellfire in India as well as Bangladesh thus posing serious security threat to the region and the world. In India, multiple anti-Israel demonstrations marked Eid festivities toward the end of March 2025. Even in Hindu-nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled Madhya Pradesh, Muslims waved pro-Palestine posters with slogans such as, “I stand with Palestine”, “Protect Al-Aqsa”, “Protect Palestine”, and “Al-Aqsa is our Pride”. Some slogans were even more hateful, calling for “Death to Israel, Netanyahu, and Trump”.
While India is majority Hindu, it is home to the world’s third largest population of Muslims, with more than 210 million. Increasingly, external actors have sought with significant success to radicalize this population or incite them against Israel and toward the Palestinian cause. Certainly, Indian Muslims have always sympathized with Palestinians, but over the past two years, such protests have become increasingly frequent and intense…
In Bangladesh, while for the last two weeks activities of Islamists and jihadists are on the rise, where several foreign brand franchises such as Bata, Coke, KFC, Pizza Hut and other came under attacks of Islamists and been looted and vandalized, there is no initiative from the illegal Islamist regime of Muhammad Yunus in protecting these business establishments. At the same time, local youths under the banner of ‘Towhidi Janata’ and ‘Al-Quds Committee Bangladesh’ are bringing-out massive rallies chanting anti-Israel and anti-Semite slogans while they also are burning effigies of President Donald Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman. They also are waving flags of Al Qaeda, Islamic State (ISIS), Hamas etcetera and burning American and Israeli flags.
Similar incidents also are taking place in India.
Meanwhile, Islamist political parties including Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI), Islamist Constitution Movement (ICM) and Jatiya Party (JP) are continuing anti-Israel and pro-Hamas programs, including procession in Dhaka city and other parts of the country.
While anti-Semitic and pro-Hamas activities are on alarming rise in Bangladesh and few other countries, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (UCIS) in a latest notice has issued a stern warning against terrorist sympathizers and anti-Semites, stating social media activities of non-citizens shall be screened while let them stay in the United States. All individuals and organizations currently continuing anti-US and anti-Semite activities shall also fall under this decision.
In another notice, UCIS stated:
Today US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin considering aliens’ antisemitic activity on social media and the physical harassment of Jewish individuals as grounds for denying immigration benefit requests. This will immediately affect aliens applying for lawful permanent resident status, foreign students and aliens affiliated with educational institutions linked to antisemitic activity.
Consistent with President Trump’s executive orders on Combatting Anti-Semitism, Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism and Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threats, DHS will enforce all relevant immigration laws to the maximum degree, to protect the homeland from extremists and terrorist aliens, including those who support antisemitic terrorism, violent antisemitic ideologies and antisemitic terrorist organizations such as Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, or Ansar Allah aka: “the Houthis”.
“There is no room in the United States for the rest of the world’s terrorist sympathizers, and we are under no obligation to admit them or let them stay here”, said DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin. “Sec. Noem has made it clear that anyone who thinks they can come to America and hide behind the First Amendment to advocate for anti-Semitic violence and terrorism – think again. You are not welcome here”.
Under this guidance, USCIS will consider social media content that indicates an alien endorsing, espousing, promoting, or supporting antisemitic terrorism, antisemitic terrorist organizations, or other antisemitic activity as a negative factor in any USCIS discretionary analysis when adjudicating immigration benefit requests. This guidance is effective immediately.
While the USCIS has issued a stern warning against terrorist sympathizers and anti-Semites, stating social media activities of non-citizens shall be screened while let them stay in the United States stating, all individuals and organizations currently continuing anti-US and anti-Semite activities shall also fall under this decision – a very large number of the leaders of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, Jamaat-e-Islami and Jatiya Party along with their family members are holding US citizenship and “green-card”. These anti-Semite individuals have purchased properties and invested in business ventures using dirty cash smuggle-out from Bangladesh.
