The United Nations (UN), originally established to maintain international peace and security has finally begun exposing its dark secrets, revealing its role as a mercenary force for the US Deep State and Islamist-jihadist entities. The UN has been directly involved in toppling governments and installing Islamist and jihadist forces, including designated terrorist organizations. In Gaza, for example, the UN serves as a top patron of the mega-terror outfits Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, actively encouraging these entities in their acts of violence against Jews and the State of Israel.
In Syria, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), also known as the “Organization for the Liberation of the Levant”, is a designated terrorist group under the UN Security Council. However, UN Secretary-General António Guterres has embraced HTS as a key player, stating that the group “can seize a historic opportunity to build a stable and peaceful future”.
It is worth noting that in May 2018, HTS was added to the US State Department’s designation of its predecessor, the Al-Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). HTS adheres to Salafi-jihadist ideology. Despite this, António Guterres has no reservations about recognizing HTS leader Abu Mohammad al-Julani – a former Al Qaeda emir -as a “moderate” warlord.
According to social media influencer Hananya Naftali, under HTS rule, hundreds of Christians, Druze, and other minorities are being butchered in Syria daily, while international rights groups and the media turn a blind eye. No emergency sessions at the UN, no mass protests, and no breaking news headlines.
Swedish journalist Peter Imanuelsen, known as Peter Sweden on social media, stated in a post on ‘X’: “It’s an absolute scandal that the slaughter of Christians in Syria isn’t headline news worldwide. Any mainstream media involved in covering this up is complicit”.
While the UN’s questionable role in Gaza, Libya, and Syria has already tarnished its reputation, a shocking revelation by Volker Türk, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, has further exposed the organization’s involvement in covert activities, including regime change plots. UN officials have allegedly been selling their influence in exchange for financial gains, effectively acting as mercenaries for the US Deep State and Islamist-jihadist forces.
In a candid interview on BBC’s HardTalk program on March 5, 2025, Türk was questioned about the crises in Gaza, Sudan, Ukraine, and other war-torn regions, particularly highlighting the UN’s apparent ineffectiveness in resolving conflicts in accordance with international law. In response, Türk stated, “I am giving you an example of Bangladesh last year. During July-August, there were massive demonstrations by students. They had had enough of the previous government under Sheikh Hasina; there was massive repression happening”.
He continued, “The big hope for them was actually our voice, my voice, and what we were able to do. We put the spotlight on the situation. And we actually warned the army that if they got involved, they might no longer be allowed to contribute troops to peacekeeping missions. As a result, we saw changes”.
Türk further revealed, “When Muhammad Yunus took over as the new chief adviser of the interim administration, he immediately asked me, ‘Can you send us a fact-finding mission to put a spotlight on the situation and investigate what was happening?’ – which we did, and it actually helped. I went to Bangladesh last year. The students were so grateful for us taking a stand, for us speaking out, and for supporting them”.
Türk admitted that the UN actively discouraged the Bangladesh Armed Forces from taking action against anti-government protestors, who were, in reality, members of extremist groups like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Hizb ut-Tahrir, and Hamas. His admission suggests that the UN not only facilitated but also played a crucial role in the jihadist coup that overthrew the Sheikh Hasina government on August 5, 2024. As new details emerge, questions are being raised about Türk’s deep connections with controversial figures such as Muhammad Yunus and George Soros, and whether the UN’s human rights leadership has been complicit in destabilizing Bangladesh.
By admitting his role in the violent jihadist coup in Bangladesh, Volker Türk has effectively implicated himself and his superiors, including António Guterres, as accomplices in crimes against humanity. Islamist-jihadist forces involved in the coup have killed hundreds of policemen, civilians, and religious minorities, including Hindus and Christians. Even children were not spared.
Is Türk prepared to stand trial for his actions? Furthermore, he owes an explanation to the entire world regarding his participation in the jihadist coup in Bangladesh. Under what law does the United Nations have the authority to interfere in a nation’s regime change? Following his admission on March 5, Volker Türk can no longer deny that he has blood on his hands. In other words, he is an active accomplice to these atrocities and must be held accountable.
The revelations surrounding the United Nations’ involvement in supporting jihadist forces and regime changes call into question its legitimacy as a peacekeeping body. If an organization entrusted with maintaining global stability is instead acting as a mercenary force for the US Deep State and Islamist-jihadist networks, then the world must demand accountability. Volker Türk’s admissions, coupled with the UN’s questionable ties to extremist groups, suggest that this institution is no longer serving the interests of humanity but rather those of a hidden agenda. The time has come for an international investigation into the UN’s actions and for the global community to reassess its role in shaping world affairs. If the UN continues down this path, it risks losing whatever credibility it has left.
