Why have you lied about your place of birth?
3. Can you deny, your mother Paula Maino was known as a masseuse to Nazi soldiers, and provided them various services, including massage and companionship, and even slept with many in exchange for money?
4. Can you deny, respected Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino that you are an illegitimate child of an unknown Nazi soldier?
5. Can you please tell us about your two siblings, Nadia and Anoushka, and why you have always been totally mum about them?
6. Can you deny, your signature in the Indian citizenship document is Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino?
7. Why have you deliberately lied about your place of birth, stating you were born in Bassanodel Grappa or the city of Bassano, when in reality – you were born in a village named Luciana?
8. Can you deny, your marriage with Rajiv Gandhi took place under interfaith marriage law?
9. Can you deny, until August 24, 2024, you are a practicing Catholic Christian?
10. Can you deny, you never embraced Hindu religion?
11. Can you deny, you have lied about your educational background and you have never attended any college?
12. Can you deny, during your early days in Italy, you attended a Catholic-run seminary school named Maria Ausiliatrice in Giaveno, located 15 km from her adopted hometown of Orbassano?
13. Can you deny working under Salman Taseer, a debonair Pakistani based in Lahore in his London office?
14. Can you deny meeting Brigadier Riaz Hussain, chief of the Pakistani spy agency ISI and later maintaining regular communication with him?
15. Can you deny maintaining communication with ISI chief Lieutenant General Zaheerul Islam until November 7, 2014?
16. Can you deny marrying your fiancé, Franco Luison, in a private ceremony before leaving for the United Kingdom?

As expected, Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino has not responded to our questions, as truth can never be denied. The above-mentioned post on ‘X’ and the continued silence of Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino, her son Raul Vinci, and their party’s spokesperson will stand as circumstantial evidence that can be used for any legal actions by the relevant authorities in India.

For decades, Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino and her associates in the Indian National Congress (INC) have enforced an unwritten rule of never calling Maino by her original name. It has not only become a taboo but also an unwritten crime to refer to her as Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino. A few years ago, eminent Indian journalist Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief of Republic TV, was harassed with trumped-up charges simply for the “crime” of calling Antonia Maino by her original name.

Goswami was also attacked by goons of Antonia Albina Maino. According to the First Information Report (FIR), two members of the Youth Congress attacked him late on the night of April 23, 2020, while he was driving home from work with his wife. The two bike-borne men were overpowered by Arnab Goswami’s security team – he has ‘Y Category’ police protection – who were following him in a separate vehicle and were later arrested for the reported assault. Goswami stated that the youths told his security guards that they belonged to the Youth Congress and were carrying out the attack on “orders from higher-ups”.

It is clear to everyone who these “higher-ups” were who instructed party cadres to attack an eminent journalist. Undoubtedly, it was Pakistani ISI asset Antonia Albina Maino and her cronies. This particular case clearly proves that Antonia Albina Maino is continuing her activities in India like a mafia queen.

The 10 Janpath scandal

Here is a shocking revelation that demands an answer from the Indian authorities:

Following the assassination of her husband, Catholic Christian and Pakistani ISI asset Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino has been living in the spacious Lutyens zone government bungalow located at 10 Janpath. For more than three decades, no Indian media outlet has ever asked whether the allocation letter issued on May 22, 1991, was in favor of Maino or the fake name she has been illegally using.

The allocation letter was issued in her favor following the assassination of her husband on May 22, 1991. My question here is: Was the allocation letter issued in her actual name or her fake name? If it was issued under a fake name, then this allocation letter is null and void. Should Maino now be evicted from the property?

According to documents available to us, Antonia Albina Maino obtained Indian citizenship using her original name. This means that this is her legal name. But for decades, she has been using a fake name, and there is no document proving she legally changed her name through an affidavit. As per legal provisions, only Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino or Antonia Albina Maino has the right to reside in the government bungalow located at 10 Janpath.

Anyone using a fake name does not have the legal right to stay on that property. Similarly, Antonia Albina Maino’s son, Raul Vinci, who also uses a fake name, has no right to use that property. In this case, to prove that there is the rule of law in India and that the law applies equally to every citizen, the concerned authorities should immediately ask Antonia Albina Maino to officially declare that she has been using a fake name for decades or renounce Indian citizenship, which is only granted to Antonia Albina Maino.

In both cases, she should be evicted from the 10 Janpath property and also declared ineligible to head any political party or continue in politics in India. At the same time, Indian authorities should demand full compensation along with a punitive financial penalty from Antonia Albina Maino for hiding her real name and using the 10 Janpath property under a fake name. Any public representative or high-profile politician resorting to such falsehood should be permanently banned from politics.

Additionally, if the allocation letter for the 10 Janpath bungalow bears the false name of Antonia Albina Maino, everyone involved in the process should be prosecuted for falsehood, forgery, and deceiving the 140 million people of India.

Indian authorities must now answer the following questions:

1. Where is the document regarding the lease of the 10 Janpath bungalow in favor of Antonia Albina Maino?
2. Where are the election affidavit papers signed and submitted by Antonia Albina Maino?

3. Where is the copy of the Indian passport of Antonia Albina Maino?

4. What is the religious status of Antonia Albina Maino?

5. What other nationalities has she held?

6. What actions are being taken against her for maintaining connections with the Pakistani spy agency ISI?

7. What actions are being taken against Antonia Albina Maino for hiding her actual name and past?

8. Who is the biological father of Antonia Albina Maino?

The silence from Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino, her son Raul Vinci, and their party’s spokesperson raises serious questions about their integrity and transparency. In a democracy, no individual, regardless of their status, should be above scrutiny or accountability. The unanswered questions and the potential legal violations surrounding Maino’s identity and political activities demand immediate attention from the Indian authorities. If the rule of law is to prevail, these issues must be addressed with the utmost seriousness, ensuring that justice is served and the public’s trust in democratic institutions is upheld. The time has come for Maino to either confront these allegations head-on or step aside from the political arena, allowing truth and accountability to take their rightful place.
