In a letter addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Hasina expressed her profound condemnation of the cowardly and senseless attack that transpired on March 22, 2024.
“I am deeply shocked and appalled by the loss of numerous innocent lives”, she conveyed, while also offering her prayers for the souls of the departed victims and extending heartfelt condolences to their bereaved families. Sheikh Hasina further conveyed her hopes for the swift recovery of those injured in the brutal attack.
