UNWRA has been corrupt since its inception in 1950

The UN has been in breach of its own charter regarding UNWRA since the creation of this powerful NGO which has been a propaganda channel for Nazi ideology, perversely funded by those nations who sacrificed millions of lives in the defeat of Nazism.

Principle 2, of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child as per UN General Assembly Resolution 1386 (XIV), 20 November 1959 states that – “The child shall enjoy special protection, and shall be given opportunities and facilities, by law and by other means, to enable him to develop physically, mentally, morally, spiritually and socially in a healthy and normal manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity”.

The UN through the creation and continuous funding of UNWRA, despite exposure and proof of UNWRA’s Nazi ideology has ignored and continued to promote and facilitate such ideology.

The very recent revelations alluding to the employee connections of the United Nations Works and Relief Agency (UNWRA) and Arab terrorism seem to have come as a total surprise to the western media and donor nations. The truth is, as Donald Trump recognized when President that UNWRA is a morally corrupt organization promoting a brand of Arab Nazism and has been since its formation.

To a seasoned political researcher as myself, it is beyond belief that modern journalists are so professionally incompetent in their failure to recognize and report on simple truths. UNWRA has been facilitating the most extreme ideology since its formation in 1950 paralleled by a financially corrupt hierarchy all of whom knowingly stole hundreds of millions of dollars from taxpayers in western donor countries.

Funds that should have found their way to underfunded health services in Europe and the USA enriched terrorist leaders, facilitated terrorism and educated four generations of Arab children with Nazi ideology and hatred towards Jews.

Available to the world at large are a number of reports verifying the comments made above. One only has to study the document titled The Double Exodus by the Hon. Terence Prittie and Bernard Dineen, Goodhart Press 1974, which explained in detail the corruption, malpractice and Nazism of the organization established by the UN to assist ‘Palestinian’ refugees. Not until 1964 with the creation of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) established by Yasser Arafat as the nominal head, did any of these refugees consider themselves Palestinian. Walid Shoebat, former PLO Leader is famously quoted as saying: “We considered ourselves Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem. On June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian – they removed the star from the Jordanian flag and all at once we had a Palestinian flag”.

UNWRA has been corrupt since its inception in 1950. The forerunner of UNWRA was the UN Economic Mission which in 1949 was providing relief for 652,000 Arabs who had immigrated into Palestine and left during the 1948 war. The Arab countries from which they originated rejected their return and thus they were held in refugee camps under UN administration.

By May 1st 1950 when UNWRA were charged with the responsibility of refugee administration they had a roll call of 1,019,000 indicating that nearly 400,000 non refugees were obtaining UN aid from western taxpayers – the first UNWRA facilitated fraud.

Many claiming UN aid were also claiming on behalf of family members living in other countries and UNWRA staff connived at the ongoing malpractices. Another fraud being perpetrated was that all births were being immediately registered but deaths were not and thus aid was still being paid to families still claiming on behalf of their dead relatives. What an absolute farce and , fraud and scandal.

Another corrupt activity ignored indeed facilitated by UNWRA staff was the ration card fraud. Henry Labouisse an UNWRA Director stated to a conference in Jerusalem on July 20, 1951 that “there are refugees who hold as many as 500 UNWRA ration cards and there are UNWRA staff knowingly giving approval. The ration card black market is particularly active in Gaza where locals made small fortunes”.

The hatred fueled by UNWRA’s funding and staffing of the Palestinian education system has been exposed and ignored on numerous occasions. The 1974 Report states on page 15 – “Unfortunately Palestinian refugee children have ben systemically taught in their schools to hate Israel and its people. UNWRA officials have reluctantly admitted there is much anti-Israeli and anti-Jewish propaganda in their school text books, five and six-year olds have been taught to depict Jews as monsters of cruelty and ugliness ….”

A 2002 study by the American Center for Democracy identified and exposed the fostering of Jew hatred in UNWRA funded schools. They cited that the international donor community funds the Palestinian education system through UNWRA whose teachers are teaching from text books with vicious antisemitic, anti-Israel and anti-coexistence messages. Such incitement is against the Joint Declaration of the European Parliament, the Council and Commission Against Racism and Xenophobia, June 11th 1986 and the UN Charter.

UNWRA is not and has never been fit for purpose. It has enriched those who rely on the misery of thousands to gain unprecedented wealth and political profile. The latest episode of UNWRA staff involvement with terrorist atrocities is simply par for the course. Those working for UNWRA at all levels are morally indecent and should be brought to account.
