Former US President Donald Trump is at the risk of spending rest of his life in prison as the new charges against him bring a maximum of 55 years in prison, which would effectively be a life sentence for the 76-year-old Trump. To make sure, Trump spends rest of his life in prison, Democratic Party bigwigs, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden have in their grips the DC judge Tanya Chutkan who is known as “toughest punisher” of January 6 rioters.
Meanwhile, Trump’s attorney and legal spokeswoman Alina Habba told Newsmax TV, Obama appointed Tanya Chutkan, a Democrat-dominant jury pool and Trump’s political affiliation as a Republican would ensure he is convicted.
Habba said, “Am I concerned about a DC jury? Of course, nobody can get in front of a DC jury as a Republican. I can’t see how you could possibly be a person who donates to the Democratic Party, a person who sat on the board with the [son of the] current president and political opponent to President Trump … and then sit and oversee this case. That just doesn’t make sense to me”.
In a profile by the Associated Press, written last year, it said: ‘Chutkan has handed out tougher sentences than the [Justice Department] was seeking in seven cases, matched its requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars’.
The 61-year-old Tanya Chutkan was nominated by former President Barack Obama, was born in Jamaica and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s law school.
Chutkan had worked at the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner from 2002 until she was confirmed a federal judge in 2014.
Boies Schiller has strong connections to the Democratic Party and then-second son Hunter Biden — whose dad President Biden is likely to face Trump in the 2024 election — was of counsel at the firm from 2009 to 2014.
Trump is already facing 40 federal charges in Florida relating to his handling of sensitive government documents after leaving office, and is due to stand trial in New York next year accused of falsifying business documents after making a hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.
The Trump campaign put out a statement calling the indictment another ‘witch hunt’ and comparing the US to Nazi Germany.
It said: ‘The lawlessness of these persecutions of President Trump and his supporters is reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 1930s, the former Soviet Union, and other authoritarian, dictatorial regimes’.
Indeed, Joe Biden’s America reciprocates the Nazi Germany while Biden is the modern-day’s Adolf Hitler without moustache. Immediately after Trump had pleaded not guilty Biden quickly appeared in a video stating – he loves black coffee. This clearly proves the degree of vindictiveness of Joe Biden.
Once America was known as land of braves and heroes. But no more. Now Joe Biden has turned the country into a Banana Republic while he has destroyed the entire legal system and has been using the Department of Justice in punishing his political opponents.
America has been hijacked by a gang of thugs, corrupts and criminals, which is led by Joe Biden and members of his infamous Crime Family.
While it makes me feel bad seeing such gross injustice continuing on Donald Trump, it also equally makes be delighted for a particular reason. During his presidency, Trump did not or could not use the state machinery in punishing Hillary Clinton and other members of her conspiracy gang. Trump even did not investigate Joe Biden’s involvement in numerous financial crimes and corruption mostly executed through his drug and hooker addict son Hunter Biden.
Democrats already have destroyed the electoral system of the United States back in 2020 and now they are pushing forward their agenda of eternally remaining in power by completely erasing the very existence of the Republican Party and any other potential opponents of the Democrats. And of course, freedom of expression and freedom of press have long been sent to cemetery by the gang of Democrats.
