To fulfill the dream of a house, people spend a lifetime’s capital. But very few people get the pleasure of living in the dream palace shown by the builders. The nine-storey Randhir Tower is built next to Arsh Residency in Ratu Road. When the apartment was being built here, the builder showed big dreams to the people. People were told that from parking, open space to all those facilities would be provided here. Which is everyone’s dream. Under the guise of the builder, people shifted after buying flats, but their dreams were shattered when the builder made flats in the basement and ground floor (parking area). Not only this, flats were constructed in 40 percent of the area which was shown as common area.

Complaints of flat owners remained unheard:

The officers continuously ignored the complaints of the flat owners of Randhir Tower against the arbitrariness of the builder. The flat owners had lodged a complaint with the Municipal Corporation and RERA. The Municipal Corporation also filed a case against the builder, but no action was taken. In the midst of the case of illegal construction going on in the Municipal Corporation, the builder applied for the revised map and it was also passed. The special thing is that the case was going on in the court of one of the officers who approved the revised map.

Panel gets submerged in water in rainy season, main gate is broken:

The arbitrariness of the builder is such that the panel he installed in the basement gets drowned in the rain during the rainy days. At the same time, the main door of the apartment has not been installed. As a result, the apartment is open to all 24 hours a day. Due to this people living here feel insecure.
