Indian Railways: A five-hour traffic-cum-power block is being taken on Sunday regarding the Gadar between Asanbani-Salgajhudi railway line. Four trains have been canceled regarding this work to be done in Tata Kharagpur section. Under this, both the Kharagpur-Tata-Kharagpur trains have been canceled on July 23, the Tata Barkakana-Tata train on July 23, while the Chakradharpur-Tata-Chakradharpur train has been canceled on July 23. On July 23, the Titlagarh-Howrah Ispat Express train has been rescheduled. The timings have been changed for two hours and one hour will be operated between Jharsuguda and Tata in a controlled manner. Similarly, the Asansol-Tata train will be operated till Purulia only on 23rd July. At the same time, the goods train will also not operate during this period.

Tatanagar-Barkakana train will be canceled on 23

Traffic block will be taken for development work on Tatanagar-Kharagpur railway section under Chakradharpur division of South-East Railway. Due to this, train number 08151/08152 Tatanagar-Barkakana-Tatanagar (Via Muri) will remain canceled on 23 July.

Hatia-Kharagpur train will remain canceled between Adra-Hatia

Traffic and power block will be taken for the development work on Kotshila-Barabenda railway section under Adra division of South-East Railway. For this reason, train number 18035/18036 Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express will come only till Adra station on 22nd July and will return from there. This train will remain canceled between Adra-Hatia.

Many trains will be affected due to block in Adra division

Block will be taken for development works in Adra Division of South-East Railway. Due to this many trains will be affected.

Train number 18035/18036 Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express will remain canceled on 25 July.

Whereas, train number 18601 Tatanagar-Hatia Express will run via Chandil, Gunda Bihar, Muri instead of its scheduled route Chandil, Purulia, Kotshila, Muri from July 24 to 30.

At the same time, train number 18035 Kharagpur-Hatia will open with a delay of one hour on 27 and 30 July.

Train number 18036 Hatia-Kharagpur will open three hours late on 24, 27 and 29 July.

Train number 18036 Hatia-Kharagpur will open with a delay of one hour on 26, 28 and 30 July.

Additional coach added to Udaipur-Shalimar train

In view of increasing crowd in trains, additional 3 AC coaches have been added in Udaipur Shalimar Udaipur train. Permanently additional arrangements have been made in this train. Similarly, two additional bogies were added to the trains going from Sriganganagar to Nanded. At the same time, an additional bogie has also been added in the Udaipur to New Jalpaiguri train.

Demand for stoppage of trains and construction of underpass in Chandil

Chandil. Ranchi Lok Sabha MP Sanjay Seth met Union Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav in New Delhi. He demanded the Union Railway Minister to develop Chandil and its surrounding stations. Along with this, there is a need for many underpasses in the said area at present. The MP also urged the Union Railway Minister to stop trains at Chandil railway station and increase the frequency of Tata-Godda Express. At the same time, demanded stoppage of South Bihar Express, Tata-Katihar Express, Ranchi-Howrah Intercity Express, Asansol Tata Intercity Express at Chandil Railway Junction. Apart from this, the MP urged to operate Tata Godda Express at least three days a week to increase the convenience of the passengers. Union Railway Minister talked about taking positive initiative on the demands.

Demand for stoppage of many important trains in Gomia

Gomia. Giridih MP Chandraprakash Chaudhary and Gomia MLA Dr. Lambodar Mahato met Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav at Rail Bhavan in Delhi on Friday and handed over the demand letter. It said that stoppage of Sare Jahan Se Accha Express (19605-05) and Kolkata-Madar (Ajmer) Express (19609 -19608) should be given at Gomiya station. The Barwadih-Chopan-Gomo passenger train (53343) earlier had two special bogies for Patna, which were changed at Gomo Junction, but now it has been removed. Due to this the passengers of Gomia are facing difficulty. By connecting the special coach, the stoppage of the train should be given at Gomiya station in the stipulated time. The Railway Minister has assured that necessary action will be taken soon in this regard.
