739 mutation applications pending in Deoghar, show cause to CO

Deoghar News: The condition of Deoghar circle office is very bad in revenue work including mutation of land. According to Jharbhoomi’s website, there are 739 land mutation applications pending in Deoghar zone, out of which 151 mutation applications are pending for more than 30 days. According to the guidelines of the Revenue Department, in every case the mutation of the land has to be done within 30 days of the application, otherwise it has to be rejected with the reason. In Deoghar zone, maximum land mutation is pending in Chowk Chandni, Jhansagarhi and Neelkanthpur Mauja.

Deoghar Additional Collector Chandrabhushan Prasad Singh has given a show-cause to Deoghar CO Motilal Hembram due to pending land mutation for a long time. The Additional Collector has sought a reply from the CO within a week stating the reason for this negligence. Due to the pending application of mutation, many people are constantly circling the Deoghar Zonal Office. The Personnel Department has put a hold on the increment of the Deoghar CO pending the mutation.

There is no speed in the improvement even after the special camp

A special camp was organized on June 11 on the instructions of the DC after receiving several complaints regarding revenue related work in Deoghar zone. In this camp, apart from correction in Panji-2, correction and update in Parishodhan portal, deduction of rent receipt, a total of 899 applications were submitted. In this, 129 applications were executed on the spot, but after that the execution of applications was not expedited. Still there are more than 400 different applications pending in the Zonal Office. People have to go round the office.

Many revenue works including mutation are pending in Deoghar zone. Many people are getting complaints due to delay in mutation and correction in Panji-2. Due to this negligence, CO Motilal Hembram has also been show-caused. Due to which there is delay, an answer has been sought on this point.
