In the Kadma Shastri Nagar riot case, the difficulties of BJP leader Abhay Singh, who is in jail, have increased. On Friday, there will be a hearing in the High Court on bail in the Shastri Nagar case. At the same time, the Jugsalai police has named Abhay Singh in the case of stone pelting, jamming the rail wheel and arson by jamming the roundabout in the Jugsalai Gwala Patti road during the Sri Ram Navami procession.

Jugsalai police station in-charge provided information in writing to the court regarding making Abhay Singh an accused in the case. After this the production was done in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Abhay Singh was produced in the case through video conferencing from the jail. The court asked Abhay Singh who his lawyer was. Abhay Singh told the court the names of two advocates hearing their cases.

On the statement of Magistrate Narendra Kumar, 500 unknown including Hrithik Sahu, Neeraj Sahu, Rohit, Raja Singh, Laddu Singh, Ravi Singh, Dhananjay, Sunil, Sanjit Patel, Vicky Yadav, Kunal Singh, Priyanka Singh, Vishnu Saav in Jugsalai police station The case for obstructing work was registered on April 3. After the incident, on April 15, the police arrested Vicky Yadav, Shubham Sharma, Abhishek Sahu, Akash Singh, Sonu Kumar Gupta alias Chiku Gupta and sent them to jail.

Later the court granted bail to all. The supervision of the case registered at Jugsalai police station was done on the instructions of senior officers, in which it came to light on the statement of witnesses that BJP leader Abhay Singh was also involved in the incident. Instructions were given to register a case against him under various other sections including 120B for conspiring.
