Seraikela-Kharsawan, Pratap Mishra: Police disclosed the murder case of Raju Lohar, a young man from Kitakuti in Podadih village located in Dalbhanga OP of Seraikela-Kharsawan district. Molesting the girl by Raju Lohar in unrequited love proved costly. The girlfriend along with her boyfriend had killed Raju. The police have arrested three accused in this case, 24-year-old Munnu Munda alias Hathi, 20-year-old Shurumani Munda and 22-year-old Sanika Pahan and sent them to jail. The arrested accused have accepted before the police that they had committed the murder after molesting them.
Killed by crushing with stone and threw the dead body in the field
Giving information to reporters at Seraikela police station, SDPO Harvinder Singh said that on May 8, Raju Lohar of Keetakuti village was crushed to death with a stone and his body was thrown in the field in Podadih village. Police formed a team and while doing research, disclosed the murder.
Police arrested all three from different places
Police arrested the accused Munnu Munda from Dalbhanga market. On interrogating him after his arrest, he told about his involvement in the murder of Sanika and Shurumani. As soon as the information was received, the police team raided and arrested Shurumani Munda from Bhurkunda, while Sanika Pahan was arrested from Regabeda. Clothes worn at the time of murder, liquor bottle, water bottle and other items have also been recovered from the arrested accused.

Raju used to molest
In police interrogation, the accused told that there was a love affair between Sanika Pahan and Shurumani. Both lived together for a few days. Here, Shurumani was molested by Raju, due to which angry Sanika planned to kill him. After killing Raju, his body was thrown in the field. The SDPO told that the police have arrested all the three accused and sent them to jail. Here, the raid team included Dalbhanga OP in-charge Sunny Toppo, Vinod Kumar Manjhi, Upendra Pathak, Rameshwar Purti, Subedar Ruplal, Shravan Kumar Rai and other police forces.
