Terror conspiracy case: NIA raids various places in Jammu and Kashmir
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided 13 places in the Valley as part of its crackdown on terrorist organizations and their affiliates who are disturbing peace and communal harmony in Jammu and Kashmir. An NIA spokesperson said raids were conducted in Anantnag, Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian and Budgam districts and incriminating material and documents were seized during the raids. The agency has carried out searches at 13 locations/bases of new outfits, sympathizers of, working for or having links with several Pakistan-based terrorist organizations including Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Al Badr, and Al Qaeda. A thorough search was conducted. These raids are related to the activities of people working for many new organizations like The Resistance Front (TRF), United Liberation Front Jammu and Kashmir, Mujahideen Ghazwat-ul-Hind, Jammu Kashmir Freedom Fighters, Kashmir Tigers, PAAF, their existing terrorist conspiracy. NIA is part of the investigation.
