Rural Development Minister in the Bihar Government, Shravan Kumar has said on the statement of Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, Peethadhish of Bageshwar Dham, that the preacher of any religion has no right to decide what will be the social nature of India. This country will run according to the constitution made by Babasaheb Ambedkar.

The constitution of India was made secular for peace.

Minister Shravan Kumar told reporters after the public hearing organized at JDU state headquarters on Wednesday that social harmony and mutual peace should remain intact, that is why Baba Saheb had made India a secular country. During this, Prohibition Products and Registration Minister Sunil Kumar, Small Water Resources Minister Jayant Raj and Legislative Councilor Virendra Narayan Yadav were present. He solved the problems of the complainants who reached the public hearing.

BJP specializes in diverting attention from issues under the guise of religious appeasement

In a conversation with journalists, Minister Shravan Kumar rejected the allegations of appeasement against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that the people who have made such allegations against our Chief Minister have become mentally deranged. The Chief Minister is known in the country and the world because of the historical works done for the upliftment of all classes irrespective of caste, religion and sect. In the guise of religious appeasement, the people of BJP are expert in diverting the public from the basic issues. The latest example of this is the Karnataka elections.

The preacher or religious leader of any religion has the right to speak his mind.

On the question regarding tearing of Dhirendra Shastri’s poster by journalists in Patna, Minister Shravan Kumar said that such anti-social acts should not be accepted. We condemn it. The constitution gives the right to the preacher or religious leader of any religion to speak his mind.
