After inaugurating the transport complex built in Phulwarisharif on Tuesday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar instructed the officials to raise the wall on the side of the Phulwarisharif jail part of the complex. He said that no activity of the office premises should be visible from there. Along with this, he asked the officials to increase the height of the boundary wall of the airport area, so that no one could move from here to there.
Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed ‘Kar Bhavan’ at Income Tax Golambar and Senior Officer’s Housing Complex and fourth class residential complex at Gardnibagh. The newly constructed five-storey Kar Bhawan has been constructed on 1.37 acres at East Gardiner Road at a cost of Rs 43.76 crore. After its inauguration, the Chief Minister inquired about the different parts of ‘Kar Bhawan’. This includes office rooms of ministers, senior officials, personnel, record room, meeting hall, library, training hall, auditorium, guest house etc. The Chief Minister also planted saplings in the ‘Kar Bhavan’ premises.
After this, the Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed multi-storeyed 48 Type-E (large flats) preferred officer housing complex in Gardanibagh. Took information regarding the arrangements there. The Chief Minister inaugurated and inspected the Type-A 432 unit fourth class residential complex. In Gardnibagh, senior officer and fourth class housing is being done on 13 acres with a cost of Rs 518 crore.

After this, the Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed transport complex on 23 acres at Phulwarisharif at a cost of Rs 164 crore 31 lakh. This complex is completely built on earthquake resistant technology. The Chief Minister planted saplings and inspected the transport complex. During this, inspected the headquarters building of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, office building of District Transport Officer, driving test center office, regional office and bus terminal, residential quarter and inquired about the arrangements made there. Regarding the newly constructed transport complex, the Chief Minister said that this building has been made very well. Everyone will get a lot of facilities from this.
