Kanpur: Once again a fire broke out in the textile market in Kanpur on Monday. The fire caused panic among the nearby shopkeepers. Passengers informed the control room and the owner of the shop about the incident. The fire brigade team reached the spot and spent two hours After hard work, the fire was controlled. Gulshan Kumar, a resident of Gumti No. 5, has a shop and godown named Sagar Vastralaya in Naughada cloth market. On Monday, his cloth shop and godown on the upper floor caught fire due to a short circuit. Due to which the goods kept there were burnt to ashes. The flames had engulfed the entire building. Seeing the smoke rising, the regional people informed the godown owner and the control room.
