The situation of uproar that had arisen regarding the recognition of Dhanbad School of Nursing has come to an end. Now students will be enrolled here also through the Joint Entrance Examination. Binod Bihari Mahato Koyalanchal University has also issued an order regarding the examination of nursing school students. The Government of Jharkhand has issued a notification on April 28, regarding the termination of the requirement of recognition of the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, for the students enrolled in the nursing course and the nursing school management. Taking cognizance, the Government of Jharkhand has issued rules for the operation of nursing schools in the state of Jharkhand. Which has been named as the Management, Nomination and Examination Conduct Rules of Nursing Institutions under the State of Jharkhand. It may be noted that recently the students of Dhanbad School of Nursing had blocked the lane road due to the ambiguity of the mandatory recognition of the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. After the notification of the Jharkhand government, now the situation of doubt in this regard has ended.
State government has the right to give recognition
Through this notification, it has been made clear that the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, vide its letter dated 19.12.2020, has authorized the Nursing Council / State Government of the respective states to give recognition to all nursing institutions. The Supreme Court has decided that the work of establishing and granting recognition to the operation of nursing institutions will be done by the State Nursing Council and the State Government. The Supreme Court has also made it clear that once a degree or diploma is obtained, any nurse can go to any corner of India and do government or non-government job. Now any student who wants to get admission in nursing institutes will have to go through the selection process for enrollment by the state government. Now the students will have to give the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination.
BBMKU released schedule of exam form
BBMKU Management has released the schedule for filling the examination form for the students of B.Sc Nursing Semester One on Monday. Students will be able to fill the form from May 19 to 24 without late fee. Whereas from May 25 to 28, you will be able to fill the form with late fee.
