Due to the scorching sun in the capital Lucknow, surrounding areas and other places, there was an increase in the temperature in the state after Saturday. People refrained from venturing out despite Sunday being a holiday due to the weather. Because of this there was less pressure of vehicles on the roads. Meteorologists have expressed the possibility of havoc in the coming days. During this time the maximum temperature can be five to six degrees Celsius higher than normal.
Cyclone Mocha latest status
According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, a cyclonic circulation has formed over southwest Rajasthan. At the same time, another cyclonic circulation has formed over Jharkhand and the joining area. The Extremely Severe Cyclone Mocha has moved northeastwards over East Central Bay of Bengal in the country. It is expected to cross southeast Bangladesh and north Myanmar coast as a severe cyclonic storm on Sunday. Because of this, the effect of strong winds can be seen at some places.

Due to hot winds, the weather is now getting dry
According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, till now in May, due to rain and moisture in the air, the heat was not affecting. Now the winds have changed their direction and heat is being seen in it. Due to the hot winds coming from Gujarat and Rajasthan, the temperature will increase in UP, due to which the weather will remain dry. In the coming days, strong hot winds will also trouble people.
There is a possibility of change in weather here in western UP
After the day on Sunday, there is no possibility of major change in the weather in the state at night. The effect of sunlight is visible everywhere. On the other hand, in some places including Agra, Meerut and Ghaziabad, there may be partly cloudy sky with thundershowers. There is a possibility of strong surface winds during the day in the area of Noida and Aspa on Monday.
