The annual (one year) expenditure on the students is met by the Hazaribagh Jharkhand Education Project to the private schools. In the financial year 2022-23, about 40 lakhs have been distributed among all the 14 private schools. A private school gets 5,100 (five thousand one hundred) in a year on the basis of Rs. 425 in a month on a student. All private schools have been paid their dues before March 31, 2023. At the same time, there are some such private schools in the district, where 25 percent enrollment is taken. In return, private schools do not take the benefits (money) they get from the government.

200 rupees was not given to the father, then the son was killed! Dead body of minor found hanging

Know the enrollment of 25 percent students- The Right to Education Act (RTE) has been implemented in the whole country in 2009. In this, it has been made mandatory for private schools recognized by CBSE and given Udice code from Jharkhand Education Project Council, to enroll students from poor, poor and helpless (BPL) families living in their dress area. Private schools which do not take enrollment as per the provision are guilty. CBSE affiliation of private schools can be canceled if found guilty in the investigation. Udice code can be terminated.

Resource wise no fee- Many private schools are hesitating to enroll students. On the condition of anonymity, a teacher of a private school said that the education fees of BPL students are not received on time from the Hazaribagh Jharkhand Education Project Office. Project workers make various excuses for giving money. At the same time, according to the resource, the fee of Rs 425 per student is less. The government should pay attention to this.

Additional District Program Officer (ADPO) of Jharkhand Education Project Office, Hazaribagh, Sunila Lakda said that 25 percent enrollment work in private schools will be completed soon. Regular review meetings are being held with all the school management. DSE Santosh Gupta said that private schools are guilty of keeping the prescribed seats vacant and not completing 25 percent enrollment on time. Action will be taken after investigation.
