UP Nikay Election Results: The BJP has once again succeeded in winning the trust of the voters in Lucknow regarding the civic elections in Uttar Pradesh. BJP’s Sushma Kharwal has won the mayor’s post in Lucknow. He defeated Samajwadi Party candidate Vandana Mishra.

Opposition’s attempt was not successful

Sushma Kharwal’s journey from an ordinary worker to mayor
Sushma Kharwal is originally a Brahmin from Uttarakhand. He is active in BJP since last 30 years. At present she is also the president of Awadh region BJP Mahila Morcha. Apart from this, she has been the state minister of Mahila Morcha. Her husband Prem Kharkwal has been in the army. Through Sushma Kharwal, the party leadership tried to solve both the Brahmin and Uttarakhand equations and it also got success. Although the Samajwadi Party also made Vandana Mishra the mayor candidate in Lucknow, playing the Brahmin card. But, the SP candidate did not succeed in conveying her message to the voters of Lucknow.
