National Lok Adalat in Ranchi Civil Court on May 13, notice to 35 thousand for settlement of claims, this is the preparation

Ranchi: On the instructions of Jhalsa, the National Lok Adalat is to be organized on May 13 at the Ranchi Civil Court on the guidance of the Justice Commissioner-cum-Chairman. The pre-counselling of Lok Adalat ended on 12 May. For the successful conduct of Lok Adalat, 23 benches have been constituted for judicial magistrates. 19 benches have been constituted for executive magistrates. A special plea bargaining camp was organized in the Railway Court. In this, 150 cases of Railway Court have been identified.

National Lok Adalat deals with all criminal conciliation cases, civil cases, labor related cases, post-marital harassment cases, family cases, product related cases, choke bounce cases, forest department cases, electricity related cases, traffic challan cases. Notices have been sent to the parties by marking the related matters as well as matters related to land acquisition, motor vehicles, measurement and weighing and matrimonial matters. In the past, meetings have already been held with judicial magistrates, banks, insurance companies, police administration and other key stakeholders for the successful functioning of Lok Adalat.

About 35,000 notices have been sent to the litigants by the Judicial Magistrates of Civil Court, Ranchi, so that maximum number of cases can be executed in this Lok Adalat. Today, on Friday, a special plea bargaining camp was organized at the Railway Court, Ranchi. In this camp, Dalsa Secretary Rakesh Ranjan, Railway Judicial Magistrate Akshay Sharma, ADRM Operation, Manish Kumar, ASC Muri Ajay Shankar, Sanjay Kumar, ACM Hatia including Railway Court’s PP, APP, employees and advocates were present. In this, 150 cases of Railway Court have been identified.
