New Delhi, May 9 (Hindustan Times). Canada has expelled Chinese diplomat Zhao Wei from the country. A Chinese diplomat has been accused of political interference and attempts to target a Canadian MP. This step of Canada is in danger of deteriorating relations between the two countries.

Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Jolly said in a statement that her government has ordered Toronto-based Chinese diplomat Zhao Wei to leave the country. He said that we will not tolerate any kind of foreign interference in our internal affairs.
