The “Build Your Home 2023 BYH” exhibition announces the joining of a number of new sponsors

Throughout the previous editions of the exhibition, young design talents in Qatar received exceptional sponsorship and support thanks to the annual interior design competition for young designers, in cooperation with the College of the Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar, the educational partner of the Build Your Home exhibition competition. In this year’s edition of the exhibition, three winners will be announced in the competition’s short list, by a jury consisting of a number of participants from the American Institute of Architects and engineer Maram Al Zaghoul, on the second day of the exhibition, corresponding to May 16. The winners will receive a number of prizes, in addition to the opportunity to display their designs in the exhibition space of the College of Art at Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar.

As is the case every year, the Interior Design Competition for Young Designers prompts students to work on submitting a design model that matches the needs of a particular home user. As for the model for this year’s edition of the competition, which is being held in cooperation with Msheireb Properties; It asks young designers to create and design a space suitable for two people, so that they can use this space to live and work at the same time.
