Surat: AM/NS India signs MoU with BITS Pilani for MBA Manufacturing Management Program

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, two of the world’s largest steel producers, has partnered with Institution of Eminence (IoU), Birla Institute of Technology to offer MBA Manufacturing Management program to its employees. & Science (BITS)-Pilani has signed MoU (Memorandum of Understanding).

The tie-up with BITS, Pilani will provide AM/NS India’s engineers an opportunity to pursue the best of higher education in manufacturing management at a reputed institute without the need for a career break. The program will also provide a unique up-skilling opportunity to AM/NS India employees to hone their management and technical skills. It will also cater to the need for a wide talent pool of professionals with all-round understanding of technology and management to take up leadership roles of AM/NS India.

The MBA Manufacturing Management program is a four-semester work integrated learning program with online classes on weekends, allowing employees to study while working. Participants will get access to engaging study material and get an opportunity to learn optimally. They can attend lectures from any location using state-of-the-art digital technology and can also access the recorded lectures later. This program emphasizes experiential learning and will allow learners to apply concepts learned in class in real work situations.
