Ranchi, 27 April (Hindustan). Hockey India General Secretary cum Hockey Jharkhand President and Bholanath Singh, Vice President of the Asian Hockey Federation, have been appointed as the Chairman of the Jury of Appeal for the Women’s Junior Asia Cup Hockey Tournament held at Kakamigahara, Japan from June 2 to 11 under the aegis of the Asia Hockey Federation. Asian Hockey Federation President Fumio Ogura informed Bholanath Singh about this by sending a letter.
Bholanath Singh was elected vice-president of the Asian Hockey Federation only last month. He was also awarded for the Best Emerging Sports Administrator of Asia Continent. This is the first time that a sports administrator has been appointed as the Chairman Jury of Appeal in a competition held abroad. This is considered a big achievement for the residents of Jharkhand.
Bholanath Singh, along with all the office bearers and members of Hockey India, Jharkhand CEO Rajneesh Kumar, Vice President Manoj Konbegi, Ashok Kumar Bhagat, Dharmendra Singh, Arvind Kumar Toofani, Arvind Singh, General Secretary Vijay Shankar Singh, Joint Secretary Michael Lal, Bigan Soy and all districts Presidents-Secretaries have congratulated.
