Due to the operation of the drainage line near Heerabagh on the busy Surat-Kamarez road, the entry of heavy vehicles on this road has been banned for four days. Traffic has been diverted in different areas, during which the work of drainage section will be completed in four days. This road is constantly buzzing with traffic, due to the stoppage of vehicular traffic for four days, there is a problem in movement.

The work of breaking the damaged chamber of the drainage line is going on in front of the gate of Krishna Nagar Society near Vitthal Nagar Society located in Hirabag of Varachha Zone of Surat Municipality. It will take four days to make a new chamber. The work of constructing a new chamber is being done on this public road which is busy due to continuous movement of traffic and vehicles.

Service line shifting will also be done

Apart from this, many service lines passing through the ground are also expected to be affected during this operation. Along with this action, action has also been taken to shift some service lines. Due to this, it has been decided to keep the road closed for heavy vehicles during the operational period for the safety of pedestrians and traffic.

Diversion provided for vehicles

During this operation, the track from Surat to Kamrej will be opened for pedestrians and all types of vehicles. While pedestrians and all types of vehicles using the track coming from Kamrej towards Surat city will be able to come from Surat Kamrej Road from Laxmi Hotel to Surat Kamrej Road via Gangeshwar Society via Long Hanuman Road via Old Shakti Vijay Society. Apart from this, internal roads can also be used. In addition, the BRTS road on the Surat-Kamarez road can also be used for general traffic.
