Kishtwar, 26 April (Hindustan Times). On the request of the Kishtwar police, the NIA special court in Jammu has issued non-bailable warrants (NBW) against 23 terrorists from the district. They are accused of going to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and settling down and running their activities from there.
Police said that NBW warrants have been issued under section 120-B/121-A/IPC, 13/18/39/UAPA, 120B/121-A/IPC in FIR 90/2022 of Police Station Chatru. Among these terrorists Manzoor Ahmed s/o Ghulam Ali Naik resident Dwalher Singpura, (2) Manzoor Ahmed s/o Abdul Rahim Kohli resident Zalla Chatru, (3) Ghulam Mohd. Guizar s/o Fakira Gujar r/o Titwan Gurinal tehsil Chatru, (4) Nazir Ahmed s/o Mohammad Akbar Sheikh r/o Baghpura tehsil Chatru, (5) Shabbir Ahmed s/o Ghulam Mohammad Rishi r/o Seva Chatru, (6) Mohd Igbal Rishi s/o Rashid r/o Deller Chatru, (7) Mohd. Amin Bhat s/o Kadir Bhatt r/o Narayan Chingam, (8) Jamal Din Naik s/o Qadir r/o Seva Chatru, (9) Ghulam Hussain Sheikh s/o Ghulam Rasool Sheikh r/o Sheikhpura Kuchal, (10) Bashir Ahmed Raina s/o ARS Gau-din Rana r/o Raina Mohle are crushed
A senior police officer said that Guzar Ahmad Iya Jovid s/o Abdul Gaffar Malik r/o Rather Mohalla Kuchal, (12) Shabbir Ahmad s/o Gaffar Baig r/o Beighpura Singpura, (13) Imtiaz Ahmad s/o Abdul Razak r/o Pahalgam Sigdi, (14) Bashir Ahmad s/o R/o Beighpura Singpura. Ghulam Qadir r/o Pahalgam Sigdi, (15) Mohammad Shafi s/o Mohammad Afzal Wani r/o Sheri, (16) Ghulam Nabi Wani s/o Mohammad Akbar Wani r/o Sheri Sigdi, (17) Abdul Karim s/o Ghulam Mohideen Rather r/o Kwath Mughal Maidan, (18) Gulabu s/o Hashim Guizar r/o Rahalthal Mughal Maidan, (19) Farooq Ahmad Gani s/o Ghulam Ahmad Gani r/o Taylor Marwah, (20) Mohd. ) NBW warrants have been issued against Mohd Ifran Khande s/o Mukhta Khande r/o Lower Tinder Dachhan, (23) Mohd Rafiq Khande s/o Mohd Mukhtyar Khande r/o Kursa Sunder Dachhan.
