Ali bin Abdul Latif Al-Misnad, member of the Board of Directors, on behalf of His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Tawar Al-Kuwari, First Vice-President of the Chamber and Chairman of the Committee.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Omar Abdulaziz Al-Nama, Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

The attendees also welcomed the approval of Mr. Omar Al-Nama to join the membership of the committee.
The meeting discussed several issues, most notably the impact of capacity requirements on private schools, and it was agreed that the committee would prepare a memorandum in this regard to submit it to the Assistant Undersecretary. The committee also agreed to form three sub-committees affiliated to it: the Digital Transformation Committee, the Nurseries Committee, and the Educational Centers Committee, provided that the heads of these sub-committees attend the meetings of the main education committee in the room.
The meeting also discussed the effects of teacher transfers in private schools during the school year, and it was agreed to coordinate a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Labor regarding teacher contracts and how to protect schools from teacher transfers during the school year.
It was also agreed that the committee would hold a meeting once every three months, and it could be held more if necessary.
