Ureed, Qatar’s leading ICT services provider, has launched Cloud PABX, the industry’s latest cloud-based unified communications solution, in collaboration with Cisco’s Webex, a leading provider of collaboration technologies supporting embedded work environments.
The Cloud PABX provided by Ureed is a participatory solution that includes many features that support business continuity and enhance service offerings to customers with the aim of ensuring unified, secure and scalable communications. The solution works through Uredo’s fiber-optic broadband and provides corporate customers with a range of options including fixed and mobile integration, unified messaging, call control services, group voice and video calling, integration with Webex Calling, Webex Meeting, Microsoft Team, and fixed-line phones connected to the Internet. Thanks to the new solution, “I want” customers will be able to communicate regardless of their location or the device they use, manage their telephone services, and ensure flexibility in completing work from anywhere and continuity of communication with customers and colleagues.
