The date for Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s visit to Ayodhya, which has been discussed for a long time, has been fixed. Giving information about his visit, Shinde said that this is his first visit to Ayodhya after getting the bow and arrow. Last time his people were deprived of darshan. Ayodhya is a matter of reverence and pride for them, not politics. According to his supporters involved in the preparation of Shinde’s visit, on August 9, he will visit Ramlala, take stock of the under-construction Ram temple along with Saryu Mata’s aarti. Where Shinde can also make some announcement.

To make the Chief Minister’s visit a success, a team of Shiv Sainiks from Mumbai has already reached Ayodhya and is busy in preparations. Shinde was earlier to go to Ayodhya on 6 August. On the Ram Navami riots in some parts of the state, Shinde said that anyone who tries to disturb the politics of votes, does it under political agenda, tries to disturb the law and order, will not be spared. Everything is being monitored. The police administration is doing its work and now the situation is fine.

Savarkar Gaurav Yatra was taken out on Sunday under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Hundreds of people participated in it in honor of Hindutva ideologue Savarkar.

To honor Savarkar’s contribution to the country and to counter Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s criticism against him, the BJP-Shiv Sena (Shinde) took out Savarkar Gaurav Yatras in each district of Maharashtra on Sunday. The Chief Minister said that insulting Savarkar means insulting the martyrs of the country, insulting the patriots and all the countrymen.
