In this report, Knight Frank has analyzed property prices in 100 major cities in the world. Luxury property prices in 85 of these 100 locations have been positive or stable.

Globally, the prices of luxury homes in Mumbai have increased by 6.4 per cent. With this, it has reached the 37th position in the PIRI 100 list. Mumbai was at 92nd position in 2021.

The report states that the prices of luxury properties in Mumbai are estimated to increase by three per cent in 2023. Luxury property prices in Bengaluru increased by three per cent, taking it to 63rd position in 2022. It was ranked 91st in 2021.

Knight Frank said that the prices of luxury properties in the city of Delhi have increased by 1.2 per cent and it has moved from 93rd to 77th position in this list.

According to this report, prices of prime residential properties in Dubai are set to increase by 44.2 per cent in 2022 and continue to top the PIRI 100. Aspen ranks second on the list with a 27.6 percent increase in prices.
