According to a report on AI prepared by TeamLease, ‘Initiative for Critical and Emerging Technologies (iCET) – Forces Shaping Future of Technology’, there has been a surge in applications for ML and thus the need for AI professionals for scripting languages The demand started increasing very fast. Along with this, it has become most important to develop the skills of traditional ML models to develop a career in AI.

The best thing is for freshers who have special knowledge in AI or who have done certified course in AI, and the starting salary of these people is also between 10 lakh to 14 lakh rupees.

He said that the good news is that the Government of India is taking proactive steps to address this challenge by entering into bilateral strategic partnership through iCET and setting up Centers of Excellence and training initiatives.

The report follows the recently concluded iCET partnership between the US and India by exploring job opportunities as well as developments in the field of AI. iCET was established to promote and expand strategic technology partnerships between the two countries and collaborate in a number of technological areas such as AI, quantum technologies, advanced wireless, etc.
