The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange decreased today, by 0.01%, or by 1.40 points, to reach 9 thousand and 908.69 points.
During today’s session, 111 million and 428 thousand and 629 shares were traded, with a value of 269 million, 308 thousand and 202,060 riyals, as a result of the implementation of 9,775 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 25 companies rose in the session, while the prices of 19 other companies decreased, while 5 companies maintained their previous closing prices.
The market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to 571 billion and 154 million and 81 thousand and 222,670 riyals, compared to 571 billion and 122 million and 539 thousand and 407,280 riyals, in the previous session.
