“The decision to bring Ukrainian pilots to the United States does not change the idea of whether F-16 aircraft should be provided to Kyiv,” the publication says.
A special program for pilots from Ukraine was supposed to start at the end of last year, but its implementation was postponed. Ukrainians will not fly American military aircraft.
