Difficulties with the transfer of equipment have been observed for more than a month, which makes it impossible for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to win in the style of the Second World War, according to American political analyst Farid Zakaria.
The publication believes that Biden does not believe in defeating Russia on the battlefield.
