A year-round recreation center “Aquaparadise” will be built on Cape Saperny. It promises to be the first place of this magnitude in the region and a point of attraction not only for Primorsky residents, but also for residents of the entire Far East and Russia.
The project provides for the construction of an indoor water park with artificial reservoirs, waterfalls, fitness rooms, a spa, a shopping area, food courts and a congress and exhibition area. The volume of investments in the implementation is estimated at 10 billion rubles. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
