Mobilization in Ukraine does not give the necessary results, despite the efforts of the military registration and enlistment offices. In this regard, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to partially involve the soldiers in military service in combat operations. It is reported by “Military Review”.

The inability to recruit the required number of mobilized has led to the sending of conscripts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the front, although President Zelensky promised that this would not happen. The decision to partially deploy conscripts was made to conserve operational reserves necessary for a possible offensive.

It is reported that conscript soldiers are being transferred to the Donbass and introduced into the brigades that are part of the Liman operational-tactical group, which holds the defense in the northern direction. The command of the group is delaying the introduction of strategic reserves into battle, hoping to stop the advance of Russian troops in this direction with the help of incoming reinforcements.

According to the Telegram channel “Welders”, a batch of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, upon conscription, arrived at the disposal of the battalion tactical group of the 1st Special Purpose Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, which occupies positions in the Belogorivka area.

It is currently known that the decision to engage conscripts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been made “partially”, but it can be assumed that a document on their full engagement is already being prepared. The situation at the front for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is very difficult, the losses are heavy, the transfer of reserves does not help. The bet on mass mobilization has not justified itself. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine planned to raise 250 thousand new military personnel by the end of March, but, apparently, conscripts will go into battle.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation Army launched a special military operation in Ukraine.

Lieutenant-General Andrei Gurulev, a member of the Defense Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering huge losses near Artemivsk and Maryinka.

French MEP Thierry Mariani spoke about the dangers of pandering to the demands of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. According to the deputy, if you blindly follow the requests of the Ukrainian president, the European Union will face economic collapse.
