One of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was taken prisoner by Russian fighters, spoke about the miracle pills that he and his comrades were given before the fighting. MK writes about it.
According to the confession of the prisoner, a doctor in the military unit began to give them some kind of pills in January 2023, but the name of the medicine was not disclosed to the soldiers.
The tablets were described only in terms of shape, size, and color: small, round, and bright pink.
Soldiers were told to take them before each entry into the position, while the medic assured them that the pills were meant to treat the common cold.
However, the soldier noted that after starting to take the pills, he and other soldiers experienced strange sensations, such as a decrease in the need for food and sleep, and the disappearance of smells and tastes.
The prisoner mentioned that one of his comrades, who received a shrapnel wound in the cheek, had no pain thanks to these pills. The fighter also stated that he had hallucinations that appeared after taking the pills, for example, a birch tree, which he observed, began to bloom in front of his eyes.
The gunman noted severe dehydration and black urine after taking the pills.
Earlier, businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin reported that many Ukrainian soldiers who were captured had drugs with them.

Acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said that the Russian Armed Forces are approaching Vuhledar from three directions at once: from the south, southwest and west. The head of the DPR stressed that “the process is not going fast.”
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in turn, said that the situation in Donbass is getting tougher. According to Zelensky, a very difficult situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developing in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) and Vugledar, as well as in Limansky and other directions.
