TV channel “Yu” and “National projects of Russia” present a new reality show “Everyday life of the maternity hospital”, in which they cry only from happiness – from February 27, 2023 to Mondays at 19.00.
“Everyday life at the maternity hospital” is an incredibly touching project that tells the personal stories of not only expectant mothers from their first step on the threshold of the maternity hospital to the first baby cry, but also the hospital doctors. In reality, the viewer will be able to find out all the thoughts and experiences of the participants in the events and become witnesses of unusual stories from the practice of doctors and midwives.
Spectators will find themselves on the territory of a unique place where every day the main miracle in our life takes place – the birth of a new person. And where hundreds of doctors give their all every day to make this miracle happen. Spectators will have a unique opportunity to see the entire “kitchen” of the maternity hospital, get more information about childbirth and its options, learn practical tips and life hacks.
“The project “Everyday life of the maternity hospital” first of all shows that all the necessary conditions have been created around a woman during the period of expectation of a child and after his birth. So, in order to make small patients and parents feel comfortable at the doctor’s appointment, a cozy and favorable atmosphere is created in medical organizations, and “thrifty” technologies are being introduced. The reality show also talks about the measures of state support for families with children – this is maternity capital, and various payments, and family mortgages. It is necessary to inform the population about the measures that the state is taking to increase the birth rate,” said Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
Filming took place in a real Moscow maternity hospital, at which time the medical staff was doing their usual work. 24 heroines took part in the project, 25 children were born during the reality show.
“This is the first reality show on Russian television on such a personal and intimate topic for every family. Full-fledged participants in the project were not only future mothers and fathers of babies, but also the current staff of the hospital. Viewers will be able to learn how the daily work of doctors and obstetricians works. We also tried to collect for you all the useful information about the opportunities provided by national projects: about maternity capital, family mortgages, retraining of mothers on maternity leave, birth certificates, training of doctors,” said Sofia Malyavina, General Director of National Priorities ANO.
The national project “Demography” is aimed at comprehensive support for families at every stage: the birth and upbringing of children, employment assistance, active longevity for older citizens, and also creates conditions for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and regular sports.
At the center of the national project are families with children, as well as those who are just planning to add. For them, maternity capital and family mortgage programs are available with a preferential rate of up to 6%. Thanks to the national project, modern and comfortable kindergartens with nurseries are opening in the regions, and mothers with small children can undergo retraining in order to realize themselves in the profession or start their own business.
