After successfully getting pro-BNP/Jamaat cyberterrorist Elias Hossain sued and arrested in the United States by using Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)’s leaders Jacob Milton and Nira Rabbani in the US, Tarique Rahman now reportedly instructed Nazmus Saquib and Tito Rahman of blackmailing and extortion racket named ‘Nagorik TV’ to work closely with Jacob Milton and take necessary legal steps for getting Kanak Sarwar, Monir Haider and Elias Hossain deported from the United States. Accordingly, Jacob Milton, owner of a law firm in the US is taking legal preparations through his employed lawyers in implementing desire of his political boss Tarique Rahman. Although Kanak Sarwar, Monir Haider and Elias Hossain have been running vile propaganda against Bangladesh and ruling Awami League for years, they fell into wrath of Tarique Rahman when they exposed blackmailing and extortion attempt of ‘Nagorik TV’, through which Tarique Rahman planned to initially extort US$600,000 from a large business conglomerate in Bangladesh. Tarique Rahman also reportedly has instructed another cyberterrorist named Zulkarnain Saer Sami alias Chhintaikari (snatcher) Sami, who after being expelled from Hungary is currently living in the United Kingdom as an asylum seeker.
According to information, Sami was arrested on July 21, 2006 as a criminal case was lodged against him with Kafrul Police Station in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The case number 43 was lodged under Section 140, 170, 171, 419, 435, 467, 469 and 472 of the Bangladesh Penal Code. In the case document, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami’s name is mentioned as Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan, son of Abdul Baset Khan of Ward number 3, Rahmatput Residential Area, Notun Bazar, Chandpur, Bangladesh and Dhaka address: Sukhon, Block A, Road 2, Plot 20, Banasree Residential Area, Khilgaon, Dhaka. Following arrest, Zulkarnain Saer Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan admitted his crime of pretending as an officer of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and cheating and blackmailing several individuals and business establishments. It is stated in the case document that prior to his arrest, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat Khan tried to skip arrest.
In Bangladesh, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat is also accused of trapping numerous females through emotional blackmailing and later forcing them into sexual relations. He was abandoned by his father for rowdy lifestyle as well his nefarious attempt of raping his step mother.
Despite the fact that father’s name of Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat is Mohammed Abdul Baset Khan. But in his passports Sami has on-purpose changed his father’s name to “Colonel Wasit Khan” with the ulterior motive of dodging law enforcing agencies from getting hold of his criminal records.
On May 20, 2022, Zulkarnain Saer Khan Sami alias Tanvir Md. Sadat established a company named ‘SAMS INC LTD’ in the United Kingdom. Company number 13411356. Proposed registered office address of this company is: Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom EC1V 2NX. Main reason behind establishment of ‘SAMS INC LTD’ is to shift his illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, money-laundering and maintaining connections with various terrorist outfits from Hungary to the United Kingdom.
According to Bangladesh Army, Zulkarnain Saer Khan is an ex-cadet expelled from Bangladesh Military Academy on charges of drug addiction.
Meanwhile, another source said, immediately after the November 7 arrest of Elias Hossain, when Nazmus Saquib, Tito Rahman, Jacob Milton and Zulkarnain Sami informed Tarique about this matter, a joyous Tarique Rahman asked them to “take immediate steps” for getting Kanak Sarwar, Monir Haider and Elias Hossain deported from the United States.
